Jackrabbit On-Hold Option

The COVID-19 situation has affected all of us, and you may have found yourself in a position where placing a hold on your Jackrabbit account makes the most sense. Or you may have a seasonal business and don't want to maintain and pay for an active account in your off-season.

What is the On-Hold Option?

Jackrabbit will maintain your data for a $20 monthly fee. Your access is restricted when the account is On-Hold. Under special circumstances, we will work with you if you require temporary access, however, this is on a case-by-case basis.

If you opt to place your account On-Hold, you will not have regular access to your Jackrabbit database. However, you can contact us at billing@jackrabbittech.com if the need arises and you require temporary access or assistance from the Client Services team.

You will not have access to your data while on HOLD. When you are ready to access your database again, just let us know and full access is restored immediately and regular billing will resume.
