The table is showing, but the Register column is missing - where is it?
Go to Tools>Online Web Registration>Settings , and about halfway down set "Show Register Links on Listings" to YES and Save. Then refresh your webpage. 
The Register column is showing, but, there are no Register links in it - where are the links?
The links will automatically appear just after midnight, local time, on the "Registration Start Date" listed for each class. Leaving the Registration Start Date blank, or putting it to today, will make the links show up now. 
The color of the Register links doesn't show up well.
