There are many settings in Jackrabbit that enable you to tailor your Jackrabbit database to suit your organization and your business practices. Settings are edited from the Tools menu.

Organization Default settings allow you to pre-fill fields in your database with your specific information - this is a great time saver. There are several defaults that control how your database behaves, e.g. whether or not you allow future enrollments. Others control how some fields display, e.g. the student age format (month/year or year only).

Notification Settings tell Jackrabbit how you want to receive email notifications for various things such as online registrations or Parent Portal payments.
