Why don't my Weekly / Daily classes display or print in color?

Colors must be assigned to a Category 1 field (using Tools > Edit Settings > Drop-down Lists > Class Category 1 and a Category 1 field must be assigned to each class in order for colors to display on calendar views.  Review Class Categories for instruction on adding colors.

If colors are set up and display but will not print properly when using Internet Explorer, complete the following steps prior to printing:

  1. Click the Internet Explorer Tools menu and choose Internet Options.  
  2. Click the Advanced tab.
  3. In the Printing section, ensure that Print Background Colors & Images is checked.
