Understand and Use the KPIs Widget
In the Compact View of the Executive Dashboard, the KPIs widget offers various interactive components that help you explore your data. Click any metric to open its linked report.
- In the Enrollments & Drops section, view key enrollment details at a glance.
- Click View Cat 1 Chart to open a chart showing Category 1 enrollments.
- Click Enrollments or Enrollments Percentage to open the Enrollment Snapshot 1 report.
- Click Drops to open the Drop History report.
- In the Actives section, click any metric to open lists of active students, classes, families, or instructors.
- In the Registrations section, view important registration details.
- Click Class Registrations to be processed to open the Process Class Registrations report.
KPI metrics reflect the number of days and thresholds set in your Dashboard Settings. For example, if you set Total Drops in the Last X days to 10, the Drops metric shows a report of drops from the last 10 days. Learn more in our article Customize Your Executive Dashboard Settings.
