Remove ACH as an accepted Payment Method in Jackrabbit

Issue/Question

I need to remove the option to use ACH as a payment method. We only accept debit/credit cards.

Resolution

There are two settings in Jackrabbit that control which payment methods are accepted during Online Registration and Parent Portal enrollment.

To remove ACH as an accepted payment method:

1. Go to the Gear icon > Settings > ePayments.
2. Under Credit Card & Bank Account Settings, select Manage Settings.
3. From the left menu, select Online Registration Settings.
4. Set Bank account required? to No (Hide Field) and Save Changes.
5. From the left menu, select Parent Portal Settings.
6. Select I only accept credit/debit card payments and Save Changes.
