Text Messaging Reports
These reports provide you insights into who texts were sent to, which texts were undeliverable, and who opted in to receive texts.
View Texts Sent to a Family
A text history of up to 90 days is located in the Misc tab of the Family record.
Text Activity Report
Search texts for a specific date range and who the text was sent to including Contacts, Students, and Staff.
Text Undeliverable Report
Use this report to locate text messages that were undeliverable.
Who Opted In?
There are multiple ways to locate who has opted in to receive text messages.
