We’ve simplified the Twilio texting setup in Jackrabbit by guiding you through the process and managing it directly. Texting fees will now be included in your monthly subscription based on usage.

⭐Zapier: New Family Created Zap
You can now send information from Jackrabbit when a new family is created. This zap fills the gap for families who register but haven't yet enrolled in a class.

We're excited to introduce Jackrabbit’s new email editor, which is available now when you create an email template. This updated editor features a drag-and-drop interface, allowing you to easily add blocks for headings, text, images, and buttons to create professional, branded emails.

⭐Self Check-in: Automatic Absence Reporting
A new setting offers greater flexibility in attendance management. You can choose whether Jackrabbit automatically records absences or if a staff member is responsible for finalizing attendance for those not checked in.

⭐Parent Portal: Omit Families from Payment Information Prompt
When you require parents to save a payment method before enrolling in classes in the Parent Portal, you can opt to omit individual families from that requirement to be able to navigate beyond login in their Parent Portals (e.g., to view schedules).

Easily record absences for multiple classes from the All Classes page when tracking absences in Jackrabbit. Save time in situations like partial closures or multiple class cancellations.

⭐Notes: Put a pin in it!
Keep essential notes in sight. Pin family, student, class, and staff notes to the top of the list to make important information easily visible to all Users. The most recently pinned note appears first.
⭐Parent Portal: New Payment Information Prompt Saves You Time
When you require parents to save a payment method before enrolling in classes in the Parent Portal, parents with expired or missing payment information will now be prompted to update it upon login before they can proceed.
