Staff / Instructor Certifications

Use the Staff Certifications tab to record up to five different certifications achieved and the dates earned.

  1. Make sure that Instructor Certifications have been created using Tools > Edit Settings > Drop-down Lists > Instructor Certifications. Review editing drop down lists by referring to Drop-down Lists.
  2. Point to Staff in the menu bar and click List Active Staff.
  3. Click a Staff member's Certifications tab.
  4. Use the Certificate drop downs to enter up to 5 certification levels and dates.
  5. Enter additional information in the Certificates field at the bottom. Click More to increase the field size.
  6. Save Changes
