If you are not using the Staff Portal Attendance feature, and your database is set to track absences, you can enter absences from the Class record.
- Navigate to the Class record and select the Enter Absences button.
- On the Enter Absences page, verify the Absence Date is correct (click the calendar icon to select a different date).
- Select the Absent ? check box for the appropriate student(s) in the enrollment list.
- If applicable, select Eligible for Makeup. (To learn more about Makeups, see Schedule a Makeup.)
- Add Notes, if needed.
- Save Changes
