Are you tired of managing multiple Jackrabbit logins? With Single Sign-On (SSO), you can access all your Jackrabbit systems using just one email address or sign in via Google or Facebook. Enjoy seamless access and stronger security; no more juggling all those different passwords!
Create Your SSO Credentials and Link Accounts
Setting up SSO involves creating new login credentials and linking your existing Jackrabbit accounts to them.
- Go to the Gear icon > Account > Add Account.
Note: All Users within your Jackrabbit system are able to add accounts. - There are three options for creating your single sign-on: email address and password, Facebook, and Google. Since signing in with Facebook or Google is a common process, we'll focus on the email address option.
Enter the Email Address you'd like to use for all Jackrabbit logins and select Send Email Verification.
A confirmation window displays to let you know the email verification has been sent to the specified email address. Close Window. - Locate the email in your inbox and click the Verify Email button to set your password and link your User ID to that email address. Enter the password for your new Jackrabbit login.
- Now, it's time to link your other accounts. Go to the Gear icon > Account > Add Account.
- Enter the User ID and Password for the account you want to link and select Add Account.
- Repeat to link more accounts as needed.
Switch Between Accounts
Once you've linked at least two accounts, you can effortlessly switch between them with just a few clicks!
- In the upper-right corner of your Jackrabbit system, you'll now see a drop-down menu displaying the name of the account you're currently logged into. Click it to view your linked accounts.
- Locate the account you want to access in the list of linked accounts. If you have many accounts, use the Search Accounts field to quickly find one.
- Jackrabbit will display a message confirming that you're switching accounts. You'll be redirected to the Executive Dashboard of the account you've switched to, and the drop-down menu for linked accounts will now display the name of that account.
Remember, to access linked accounts and switch between them, you must be logged in with the email address used to create your SSO credentials, or with your Facebook or Google account.
