Is there a way to take off a class from being seen on our website without closing or archiving the class?
Resolution
There are three settings for each class that control whether the class appears online and where. You can remove online visibility without closing or archiving the class.
- Go to the Summary tab of the Class record.
- Set each of the following settings to No:
- Display in Online Class Listings – hides the class from class tables on your website.
- Allow Online Registration – prevents new families from enrolling through the registration form.
- Allow Portal Enrollment – prevents existing families from enrolling through the customer portal.
- Click Save Changes.
