A couple of our parents noticed yesterday that when they tried to log in to their parent portal, they received a message that our page had moved and to copy/paste the URL given. Is this legit?
Resolution
Yes, this is legitimate.
As part of an ongoing platform maintenance and improvement effort to boost Jackrabbit's performance and scalability, our Development team migrated the Parent Portal login page to a new platform.
- Old URL - https://app.jackrabbitclass.com/jr3.0/ParentPortal/Login
- New URL - https://app.jackrabbitclass.com/jr4.0/ParentPortal/Login
Anyone accessing the old page via a saved bookmark will see a notice explaining that the page has moved. From there, they can quickly bookmark the new page or continue to the updated login. If no action is taken, the page automatically redirects to the new URL after 45 seconds.
