I need to understand how camps are built, can you tell me how the various pieces like the camp session and time periods play into it?
Resolution
Camps are built in three layers:
Camp ➡️ Camp Sessions ➡️ Time Periods
Each layer has a distinct purpose:
- Camp: Establishes the overall setup and details. It is the 'umbrella'.
- Camp Sessions: Outline single or weekly dates and optional themes and capacities within the overall camp. Students are enrolled in a Camp Session.
- Time Periods: Define enrollment and pricing. Students choose a Time Period within the Camp Session they are enrolling in, and fees are charged according to the Cost Per Session defined for the Time Period.
