How are camp sessions used?

A camp is the main, umbrella record that holds the overall setup, such as pricing and availability. Camp sessions live under a camp and define the specific dates a student will attend. Sessions allow one camp to offer different date options without creating multiple camps.
Families enroll in a camp session, not the entire camp. The session determines attendance dates, while the camp provides the structure around it.
