How do I set the prices for my camps?
Resolution
Camp fees are determined by a student's enrollment in Camp Sessions and the Time Period options they've chosen.
Time Period options are created (e.g., Half-Day Part 1, or Late Pick-Up) and are assigned a Cost Per Session in the Camp details.
To define your camp pricing:
- Go to the Activities menu > Camps.
- Click Add Camp or choose Edit from and More Options menu
in an existing Camp card.
Note: Pricing can only be edited if there are no enrollments. - Scroll to the Time Periods section.
- Define the Core Time Period Start Time, End Time, and Cost Per Session.
- In the Enable Additional Options section, select the checkboxes for any options you'll offer and add the Start Time, End Time, and Cost Per Session for each.
- Scroll to the Pricing section to define any required deposits and outline the fee posting details.
- Complete the remainder of your camp's details (if adding new) and Save.
