How do I set the prices for my camps?

Camp fees are determined by a student's enrollment in Camp Sessions and the Time Period options they've chosen.

Time Period options are created (e.g., Half-Day Part 1, or Late Pick-Up) and are assigned a Cost Per Session in the Camp details.

To define your camp pricing:

  1. Go to the Activities menu > Camps.
  2. Click Add Camp or choose Edit from and More Options menu  in an existing Camp card.
    Note: Pricing can only be edited if there are no enrollments.
  3. Scroll to the Time Periods section.
  4. Define the Core Time Period Start Time, End Time, and Cost Per Session.
  5. In the Enable Additional Options section, select the checkboxes for any options you'll offer and add the Start Time, End Time, and Cost Per Session for each.
  6. Scroll to the Pricing section to define any required deposits and outline the fee posting details.
  7. Complete the remainder of your camp's details (if adding new) and Save.
