Learn how to address portal issues such as portal password resets and lockouts due to multiple incorrect password attempts.
The Parent Portal Log allows you to easily determine if parents are using invalid Login IDs or an incorrect password.
Use the Contact page to view Parent Portal information.
Use the View Sent Emails button (Misc tab > Family record) to verify if a parent was sent a password reset email.
Temporarily add yourself as a contact to a Family record to test if you are able to log into a Parent Portal. If you can, the issue is on the parent's side.
Access to a Parent Portal will be suspended after five incorrect attempts.
