Organization Default Settings - An Overview

Organization Defaults allow you to pre-fill fields in your database with your specific information - this is a great time saver!

There are several defaults that control how your database behaves, e.g. whether or not you allow future enrollments. Others control how some fields display, e.g. the student age format (month/year or year only).

These settings are located on the General Settings page from the Gear (icon) > Settings > General > Organization Defaults (left menu) and have been organized into categories according to the areas of the database they affect.

In addition to Organization Defaults settings, Organizational Details are located under the Gear (icon) > Account > My Account. This is where you can see your pre-filled Organization ID, name on the account, and status. Your company name, address, primary phone number, email, and website information can be updated on this page. See Manage Your Account in the Jackrabbit Customer Portal for more detailed information.

After adding new settings, it is necessary to log out and back in again to see the setting change.
