Use the Business Intelligence Dashboard - Classes page to quickly see the number of classes at your organization and the number of existing openings for the dates filtered. Multiple filters allow you to drill down to different locations, categories, instructors, date ranges, and more.
Classes with a high fill rate are an indicator of a well-received program. It suggests that students are finding value in the classes and that instructors are providing effective instruction. This contributes to the financial stability of your organization.

The data presented in this Classes page is updated daily. Hover over any bar graph to see additional details.

Tile Descriptions
Each tile represents reporting data from your organization for the following:
| % Full, by Category 1 | Fill rate for classes by Category 1. Click on any column in the bar chart, and the Class details open. |
Class Summary | Click on any row or select multiple rows in this table, and the % Fill, by Category 1 chart above highlights the data. Use the scroll bars on the right and bottom to see additional data. |
Average Class Size by Category 1, 2, 3 | All your classes are filtered and listed by Category 1, 2, or 3 in this graph. Click any bar in the data visual (graph) on the left, and the numerical data will be filtered and displayed in the table to the right.

Tile Icons
Hover and click on a tile icon located at the top-right of each tile for additional information for the Classes page to get info, sort data, or take action.

 | Drill up - Click to drill up in the data table. |
 | Drill down - Click to turn on to drill down in the data table. |
 | Next level - Go to the next level in the hierarchy. |
 | Expand all down - Expand all down one level in the hierarchy. |
 | Filters - Lists the filters and slicers that were selected for the data visual. |
 | Focus mode - Enlarges the tile to full-screen size. |
 | More options - Drops down an additional list of options for the tile you are looking at. |
Take Action
You can use the Classes page, which is updated daily, to identify opportunities within your organization.
- A low % of full classes may indicate an issue with the classes in this Category 1.
- Drill down by different categories to determine where you may need to concentrate marketing for classes that are not close to being full.
- Consider scheduling classes during times when demand is highest and avoid underutilized time slots.
Use the filters on the right-hand side, and once you are happy with the selection, you can set and bookmark the filters for future use.
