Students Duration - Business Intelligence Dashboard

Use this Business Intelligence Dashboard (BID) - Students Duration page when you would like to understand the average age when students enroll in classes and when they "age" out or leave your program.

Knowing the average age students enroll and leave your program provides valuable data for marketing, program development, resource allocation, long-term planning, retention improvement, curriculum enhancement, customer satisfaction, competitive positioning, and community engagement. It helps you tailor your strategies to meet the needs of different age groups, ultimately contributing to the success and growth of your organization.

Take Action

The data on this page provides you with average age details and can help you pinpoint your student market.

  • This can help you with deciding how and where to focus your marketing dollars and efforts.
  • You can forecast when students will be "aging out" and how this will affect your revenue.
  • Maybe it's time to consider additional classes that would attract older or younger students than the current population in the programs you offer.
  • If students are leaving at a specific age, you can consider introducing specialized programs or incentives to encourage them to continue their swimming education at your school.
