Why aren't the classes in our new session showing up in our Online Registration form?
Environment
Jackrabbit application, Online Registration - Class Listings Tables
Cause
The classes in the new session were set to Display in Online Class Listings = No.
Resolution
A setting in the Class record controls whether the class will be included in your Online Class Listing Tables. The setting must be set to Yes for the class to display.
- Go to the Class record > Summary tab.
- Set Display in Online Class Listings to Yes.
- Save Changes.
To edit this setting for the entire session of classes at once, use Edit All Classes.
