How do I open online enrollment for our new session of classes?
Environment
Jackrabbit application, Online Registration, Parent Portal
Resolution
Classes are only available online when their visibility and enrollment settings are enabled in the Class record.
To enable these settings for a class:
- Go to the Classes record >Summary tab.
- Set Display in Online Class Listings, Display in Portal Student Schedule, Allow Online Reg, and Allow Portal Enrollment settings to Yes.
- Click Save Changes.
To update these settings for all classes in your new session at once, use Edit All Classes.
