Immunizations fields are located in the Student record on the Medical tab and in the Staff record on the Misc tab. These fields are trackable in several reports.
If you prefer a label other than “Immunizations”, enter it here (maximum 25 characters). This will change the label to your preferred name throughout Jackrabbit. Examples: COVID Vaccine, MMR Shot.
